Wonderful Elysburg Family,
I am super excited to have you in my transition period from July to this moment. You all made this transition period not very difficult. I appreciate so much your support, advice, your presence , your
calls, your texts and feedback meant a lot to my faith journey and ministry. Thank you for the wonderful charge conference and in short my word of encouragement is, “Harvest needs more laborers”. Everyone is invited to partake in the mission of God.
We look forward to celebrating advent and Christmas in a few weeks. It is the theme of hopeful anticipation of what is to come.
May we embrace the vision of making disciples of Jesus Christ and fulfilling the mission of God.

Angels Among Us
Sunday, December 14, at 5:00 p.m.
Join us for for our
Happy Birthday Jesus celebration!
Our theme this year is
“Angels Among Us”.
Come and enjoy a meal (meat will be provided) and fellowship time as we celebrate together. There will be Christmas carols to sing and this year we will have live entertainment for part of the evening!

Community Spirit Choir will present their Christmas Concert at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14th, at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church.

Warming Tree!
The Warming Tree will be up on Nov. 30th! We especially are in need of gloves and socks for boys! Other items are still appreciated. :)
The tree will be next to the sanctuary door in the social hall from Sunday, Nov. 30 thru Sunday, Jan. 4 !

All donations are appreciated and everyone is welcome!

The congregation packed 12 shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child!

2nd Sunday Get Together
The December get together will be canceled so that everyone is able to come to the Happy Birthday Jesus celebration that evening at the church (5:00 p.m.). The next get together for the children and youth will be on Sunday, January 11th, from 6-7:00 p.m.!

Hello Pheap! It has been awhile since our last letter. We pray you and your family are doing well!
Happy Birthday! We missed sending a happy birthday wish but we still pray you had a good day!
We are entering our fall season after a hot and humid summer. Fall, or autumn, is beautiful with the leaves on the trees changing colors and falling to the ground. It is a very pretty time of year here.
Are you currently in school? When is your school break? School started here about 3 weeks ago. Are you in grade 5 now?
The church has a new pastor who came to us this summer. She is a very special person who is filled with the Spirit. We are blessed to have her here with the church!
What is your next holiday that you celebrate? You said you do not celebrate Easter.
